He graduated in 1987 from the University of Medicine in Pécs. In 1994 he passed the specialist examination in radiology.

After graduation, he worked as a research physician at the Medical College of Ohio (Toledo, OH) and the National Institutes of Health (Bethesda, MD) from 1989-1991. From 1991 to 2009, he was a staff member of the Institute of Diagnostic and Oncological Radiology at the University of Kaposvár, and from 1997 to 1998, he was a research fellow at Harvard University for 6 months. In 2007 he founded Iconomix Ltd. 2012-2015 Pécs Diagnostic Centre, Managing Director. 2015- University of Pécs, Clinical Centre, Medical Imaging Clinic, Clinical Director, Professor.

Main fields of expertise: MR imaging, neuroradiology, teleradiology.
